Litonya Allen
With over 10 years of tax preparation experience and nearly 20 years in the financial services industry, Litonya brings both professional insight and personal experience to the clients she serves.
She began her career as an insurance agent and has continued to grow her expertise through training and certifications over the years. That experience gives her a unique ability to help individuals, families, and businesses look at cash flow and financial strategy from a holistic perspective.
Her passion for money management deepened after the Great Recession, when she had to rethink her career and take a fresh look at her own financial life.
Out of that season, she developed a budget system to track her family’s debt-to-income ratio, educated herself on financial hygiene, and began investing in causes she believed in (all while managing a family of 7+!)
Today, Litonya teaches individuals, families, and businesses the budget system she first created, and that work has expanded into BLESS University.
Director of Marketing & Business Administration
Madison Trudeau
Madison Trudeau is the Director of Marketing and Business Administration at Gold Hummingbird, LLC. She plays a key role in supporting the business through administration, planning, and the development of products and services.
A graduate of Washington State University, Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a minor in Media Communications. Her education and experience have helped her develop a thoughtful approach to both social media management and website development, with a strong focus on user experience.
